1. How do I place an order on Manutrends?
 Simply browse our collections, select your product, choose the quantity, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete the payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation instantly.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
 We accept Card payments, UPI, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes. All online payments are processed securely.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 working days
     Delivery timelines are estimates; delays can happen due to courier issues or unforeseen events.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
 Yes, orders above ₹499 enjoy free shipping pan-India. Orders below ₹499 have a shipping charge of ₹49.

5. Can I track my order?
 Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery in real time.

6. What is your return and exchange policy?
 We accept returns only for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are allowed only for wrong products. An unboxing video is compulsory to approve returns or exchanges. Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 8–15 business days.

7. How do I cancel my order?

  • Before dispatch: Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number. Full refund will be issued.

  • After dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Are your products genuine and high quality?
 Yes. Every product is carefully selected and tested to ensure quality, durability, and value for money.
