Cancellation Policy

We know that plans can change, so this policy explains how cancellations work at Manutrends.in in a clear and customer-friendly manner.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse.
To cancel, please contact us through either of the official support channels:

Include your order number in the message so we can locate it quickly.
If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and start the refund process within 1–2 business days. The refund will go back to the original payment method.

Requests sent through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) will not be accepted for cancellation.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you still wish to proceed with returning the product, you may wait for delivery and then raise a return request under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation through a call, SMS, or WhatsApp message.
Orders that remain unconfirmed may be cancelled automatically.
Repeated cancellations of COD orders may affect your ability to place COD orders in the future.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to the same payment method.
Refunds generally take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel an order in certain situations, such as:
• Stock unavailability or product discontinuation
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Orders flagged as risky or suspicious by our payment or security systems

If this happens, you will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
